Worked on a full refresh of WhatsApp’s global sticker strategy. Contributed to the creation of a comprehensive Sticker Playbook and visual principles rooted in emotional expression, dimensionality, color, and motion. Conducted trend analysis and cultural research to inform packs tailored to Gen Z and diverse global markets. Highlights included the Detty December pack, co-created with West African artist Yellow Yemisi. The project garnered global visibility and helped modernize the brand’s presence in everyday conversations across billions of users.
